@ukguy cause they hire american trained people, not someone trained in the real artform with the philosophy and spirituality. and bo staff is great for close weapon, you just need to understand it more like your body.

    Staffs:

Jo staff – approx’ four feet long.

Bo staff – approx’ six feet long.

    This is a Bo staff.
Perhaps you’re thinking of an archers BOW, type in Kyudo.

  12. Derangedmonkey666 says:

It is not called a Bo Staff…it is either a Bo, or it is a Staff. Not Bo Staff. You disgrace the weapon you hold in this video.

  13. nathanbeeby says:

its good at close range too if they come close stike the back of the head, or you could strike them in the balls then step back and fatality to the face, not just that its good for defense if some one punches a nunchaku attack anything thats not sharp. so it is actually as good close range than mid range

  14. bravencrest666 says:

im pretty sure that no one can make the entire world call it bo or jus staff

  15. bravencrest666 says:

and does it really matter? every one calls it bo staff eventually thats gonna be its name reguardless of the truth

  16. bravencrest666 says:

maybe “bo staff” means stick staff cuz wut if it was made of metal er sum other material

  17. 1035573 says:

if you put a broom on it, you can hit your kids with it when they are still young.

  18. ienterline says:

calling it a “bo staff” is calling it the same thing in two different languages…just call it a “bo” or a “staff”

  19. 4thDan says:

We just had a dan promotion, and I had to correct a student from typing “bow”, saying that if he put that, people would think there’s going to be an archery demonstration! :)

  20. absolclaw says:

We do the same thing with PIN numbers xD I think it’s just so if you talk about a Bo, people don’t think you’re talking about a Bow. But I do agree it makes you sound more credible.

  21. jimban86 says:

Remeber do it from a oak

  22. darkermage69 says:

well actually there are other things with the word bo in front of them like the bo shuriken i interpret the word bo meaning long and toothpick like o.0

  23. Azeralas says:

    bowmasterpigo don’t buy staves.
go out into your nearest forest and make one yourself its the only way to truly respect and trust this weapon

  24. bowmasterpigo13 says:

  25. KoldCerealKiller says:
